One outlet is reporting she's close to a deal worth £150m. Kretinsky and the other shareholders must be in agreement, as they get first refusal on any shares that become available. Let's hope this doesn't take too long, as we need to put a team/squad together.

Not true, these reports about Stoke denying contact with WH, the Irons enquiry re price Sorba Thomas quoted 15 m, WH want to pay £10 m.

Make no mistake he is what WH need. He would score a dozen goals, probably make 20 assists, he’s in front of Manor Soloman overall, there’s a deal to be done here.

Azeez. Millwall will reluctantly let him go for the right money, how that translates I don’t know, but they want circa £15 m.

£15m for Azeez is a bargain. Why are West Ham stalling on deals like this? Get it done. You’ve just got to look at his stats from last season in the Championship. He’s proven, for God's sake. This is so frustrating!!

Player I havent seen much of, but in the games I seen thought he looked decent. Louza, playing for Watford, seems like he can create and progress play from CM. Something we are missing, and he has loads of Championship experience.

Players like Azeez and Thomas could be good shouts, statistically they were some of the better players in the league for teams that didnt go up.



Getting to the point now, that waiting on players that dont want to come and are holding out for prem moves is getting risky.

A couple of weeks ago I typed 'creative players in the English Championship' into an AI search engine and the name Azeez of Millwall came up. Maybe this is the method the recruitment team are using now. But, as said, let's start signing some and stop squabbling over asking prices.

I mentioned Azeez a few days ago, and asked if the two clubs would do business with each other. The player himself is decent; he was their standout player last season, which got them into the playoffs.

WH are being given the no no by Stoke for Sorba Thomas, they are well apart on valuation.

Equally, Cardiff are saying no to Dylan Lawlor, won’t accept any bid at all.

This is leading WH to Manor Solomon from Spurs and Ernest Poku from Leverkusen.

WH can’t make their minds up which CB to go for; there are half dozen in the frame.

Whilst I like the hard-nosed attitude to selling, surely the person doing negotiations for purchasing should accept close to the asking price of a player, and if they are nowhere near, then don't waste time inquiring in the first place.


I don't know much about hardly any of the players we are linked with, but have heard good things about him, and at half the price of Killman, who has been as much use as a chocolate tea pot!

CM, think you're talking Patrick Berg, who can't make up his mind, stay or leave, that's the problem. When you get a situation like this after a few days, West Ham have to move on, because you can do all the formula work, and at the last minute, a player can decide to stay put.



Not that this can't happen anyway, and has happened frequently in the past, but when a player is toing and froing before you start, best to steer clear.

This morning one of these teams has offered the player a contract until 2031. Find out shortly.



However, no deals with WH have taken place. They want rid of him, don’t want him back season's end for more trouble.
