Person who is close friends with the agent Muzzi Ozcan has been told we'll sign Remy by next week "@Muzziozcan confirmed to me today that Loic Remy will be a new transfer for West Ham by next week" pictures of them confirm the connection. fingers crossed!

I seen this myself. picture of the 2 together. Ironmike is there still itnerest in Remy? Have we just left austin alone? i've read he asked QPR to lower their fee, any truth in this?

He's still on £200k a week upwards. Eats up most of our wage budget on someone who's career is fading out. We've hopefully moved on from those sort of deals.

We 100% need Feghouli and Tore. We play 3 behind a striker and currently have no back up for anyone. I don't think you should look at Feghouli, Tore and Antonio as right wingers either, all 3 can play anywhere across that front line.
Antonio played on the left the year before he joined us and was just as good. Relying on Payet, Lanzini and Antonio to stay fit with potentially 50 games next season with no cover is a big risk.
Feghouli won't be coming here to sit on the bench which means Antonio will slot in and be worked on at RB.
5 top quality players covering 3 positions isn't excessive.

Some of you are absolutely hysterical about Adebayor who would instantly be our best striker even when everyone is fit, how short some of your memories are. 10 Years playing at clubs challenging for either top 4 or the title. He hasn't just turned 31 and his legs have suddenly gone.
If anyone has any sensible suggestions of players we can bring in close to these numbers in top flight football, kindly let us know.
2003–2006 Monaco 78 (18)
1 in 4.3
2006–2009 Arsenal 104 (46)
1 in 2.2
2009–2012 Manchester City 34 (15)

2011 Real Madrid (loan) 14 (5)

Rich1379 - What the average fan knows is irrelevant, how many Arsenal, Man City, Man United, Chelsea players did you know before they signed for them? Did you know about Juan Mata, David Silva, Benteke, Cazorla, Matic, Azpilicueta etc. etc.?
Charlie Austin is £15m for a player on the last year of his contract, dreadful business, so the transfer windows been open almost 2 months and no one has signed Austin yet, I wonder why?
Thank god you're not in charge of our transfers.

I wouldn't pay any attention to how poor the attacking line up was last night, almost every player in midfield and up front won't be our first choices when we play Arsenal, it's just about getting the job done until the big boys are ready.
Were absolutely fine defensively now that Ogbonna is here, we were 7th last season in terms of goals conceded (less than Liverpool and Spurs).
Adrian
Jenks, Ogbonna, Reid, Cresswell
Kouyate
Obiang, Song
Payet
Sakho, Hernandez
Were 2 signings away from that team, which would be incredible, next year focus on 2/3 top quality Attacking Midfielders and Wingers.
