Can't do any worse. We need wholesale changes.

Get Bilic in with Carrick until seasons end. When we go down let Carrick and Parker jointly manage the club.

Get the board out, sell the club, build new ground and start again

Stevie, absolutely agree with both suggestions? I love Soucek, of course he slips up and slowing down, isn’t every players especially those lower down the league.
Also I do not understand who posters have in mind or know what a long term Manager is?
Is anybody long term in a PL side if the team aren’t progressing?
Also IMO ridiculous names are mentioned like Frank, Silva, I would love either of them, never in a lifetime would they even think of us, not sure of these posters were on tablets after remarks like that! ⚒⚒⚒⚒

If you look at NES record at forest he had a good half of one season but wasnt gr8 in between

Agree with the first post. Soucek is an either end player nowadays. He has the height and passion to put himself in those risky places, but not the legs or vision for midfield. He would make a very useful CB in the short term and is still a good throw on option at the top end.

I would just sign a centre half to be honest rathing than making square pegs fit into round holes, souchek is and would not be a good centre half his positional sense is poor and he has no pace at all
