I’m sorry Stevie but why on earth would he want to leave, even on loan, a table topping side who are also doing well in the champions league, for a team who currently look like relegation certainties? He will get more than enough chances to play for Arsenal as many of their CBs have had injuries this season.

He stated a number of years ago he didn’t want to be considered for England so doesn’t need World Cup football
