Is there any truth in the Bielsa story in the mirror?

Hope not, his career win percentage is 48% over 282 games.
Bilic is 55% over 223 games. Bielsa loss percentage is 28% Bilic is 22%. Over the last 12 months Bielsa is rated 108 best manger in the world and Bilic is rated at 53 and BFS is rated at 111.
Only one choice for me.

Hii fellas, Ed 02, is very knowledgable on marseille matters, and he assured me that biellsa, is staying put at the french club, wh are holding back from appointing bilic just in case something changes, with another favoured target, in the meantime, as I have previously stated, bilic , who wants the job and has completed his talks,as far as I am told, is now awaiting an answer, dgs problem will really occur, if they don't make a descision soon, as bilic is starting to get itchy feet, and they will be left high and dry without anyone, time to make your move dgs! IRONMIKE
{Ed002's Note - There is no agreement between Marseille and Bielsa just now as one issue remains unresolved.}

Think you have over simplified that a bit to be fair. Yes Biesla has a lower win ratio than Bilic in league football (International ratios are pretty similar.)
But in fairness Biesla was managing in La Liga and Ligue 1 compared to Bilic's Russian Premier League and The Turkish Super Lig which, with the best will in the world are significantly inferior to both the Spanish & French leagues.
I'm not saying that one is better than the other; as neither has PL experience and we won't know until one or the other plies his trade here. I'm just saying perhaps the win ratio % yardstick isn't the one with which to compare them.

Hi Ed/Mike, Is Biesla still a realistic contender for the job? I work for a French company and have a couple of colleagues who support Marseille. They laugh off the possibility of him joining WH and are adament that he will be staying put.
{Ed001's Note - no, he has agreed to stay at Marseille.}

Thanks Ed. Would be happy with Bilic but have to say I would have preffered Biesla, I'm a bit underwhelmed by some of Bilic's alleged targets.
{Ed002's Note - There are always pros and cons - Bilic speaks English. Bielsa has been working through a translator in France and would need to do the same in England. He is also cantankerous and moody and would want charge of transfers.}
